It appears that we have moved past the first shock of COVID-19. I say appears because this pandemic is always shifting, and we have repeatedly been encountered with the need to adapt to new changes. COVID-19 hit the world at a time when so many milestone events were gearing up to happen: graduations, the Olympics, proms, and all the other personal milestones that each one of us were on track to experience at some point in the year.

Now things are starting to open, but there is no certainty of what will be normal, and if we will continue to experience life milestones in abnormal ways.

This BBC article discusses the power of resilience and the habits of those who have maintained their goals, even though they have been paused or postponed. It's worth the read!
